Library Assistant
Temporary Part-Time at Graham County Public Library
Graham County Public Library is looking for a friendly, dependable Library Assistant to join our team on a temporary, part-time basis. Under the supervision of the branch manager, you'll help keep the library running smoothly by serving patrons, handling materials, and supporting programs. The work is varied, with both routine and non-routine tasks.
Library Substitutes

We are consistently looking for highly skilled and available library substitutes to help fill in when a staff member is out of work. If you are flexible and would like to fill in where needed, you can apply here. Please indicate what days/locations are preferable for you when you apply. The State of Franklin Health Council provides assistance with the Senior Community Service Employment Program to the residents of Swain, Macon, Clay, Jackson, Cherokee, Haywood, Graham, Buncombe, Madison, Transylvania and Henderson counties - as well as the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians(EBCI).
The requirements for State of Franklin positions are:
• 55 or older
• Income eligible
• Seeking employment
